This month, we welcomed Caitlin, our newest HR Projects Officer | Media & Education to the Employii team.
Caitlin brings five years of communications and journalism experience to her role at Employii. She gained a keen interest in organisational culture, employee well-being, and gender equity during her time as a Business Reporter at The West Australian.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law in Society and Communications & Media Studies from The University of Western Australia, and is pursuing a Graduate Certificate of Business Psychology.
Her ultimate aim is to use her communications skills in the Learning and Development space to foster more inclusive and forward-thinking work environments.
Caitlin was nominated for a 2023 WA Mental Health Award in the News Media category for her coverage of workplace-related mental health challenges, published in The West.
When she's not at work, you'll find her writing songs, cafe-hopping, and failing to cut down her chocolate consumption.
