What you bring

Essential experience

  • Practical experience in customer service and CRM-related work, ideally within a professional services setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects and multiple workstreams, set priorities, monitor progress and follow actions through to completion.

Qualifications

  • No tertiary qualification is required. This is not an entry-level role, so relevant practical experience and demonstrated capability are essential.
  • Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).

Bonus points for

  • Experience coordinating business communications, campaigns, newsletters, social media activity or events.
  • Experience supporting client onboarding and offboarding, subscription and membership services.
  • Experience coordinating corporate partnerships and business development activities.
  • Experience using AI to leverage, rather than replace, your work.
  • Experience with Outlook, Teams and the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Experience with CRM and project management platforms, Canva or PandaDoc/Docusign.

What you will do

As our Client Experience Coordinator, you will take ownership of and coordinate Employii's client communications, engagement activities and sales pipeline processes so leads, clients, partnerships and internal projects receive timely and organised customer service, resulting in client retention and growth.

Sales & CRM

  1. Manage Employii's CRM, sales and deals board.
  2. Take an active role in seeking and procuring new leads.
  3. Attend approved networking events.
  4. Manage, monitor and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.

Client liaison

  1. Act as a key customer liaison throughout the client lifecycle (i.e. potential client proposals, onboarding, check-ins, continuous engagement, renewal and offboarding).
  2. Maintain a high standard of customer service in all client-facing interactions.
  3. Coordinate client "Commitment to High Quality Service (CHQS)" feedback cadences.
  4. Monitor client service usage and service agreement end dates, working with the broader Team to maximise High Quality Service, client retention and positive brand reputation for Employii.

Communications, initiatives & partnerships

  1. Coordinate Employii's communications, including blogs, newsletters, sales and marketing communications, and social media activity.
  2. Coordinate the annual subscription service and communications.
  3. In liaison with the Director, develop and coordinate a referral partnership strategy.
  4. Coordinate and maintain company initiatives, including Learniing, Healthii and Recogniise under the direction of the Director. This includes but is not limited to:
    • Marketing and promotion
    • Ticketing
    • Ensuring ongoing momentum and client engagement

Internal coordination

  1. Coordinate Employii's Document Management System.
  2. Own and maintain Employii's social, events and training calendars, under the direction of the Director.
  3. Coordinate internal tasks and projects as assigned by the Director.

Perth-based HR consultancy supporting 200+ industry-diverse clients Australia-wide seeks an experienced Senior HR Consultant to join our collaborative and productive team. What you bring

Essential experience

  • Minimum 2 years in a professional services consulting role
  • Minimum 4 years in an HR advisory role (Business Partner or higher level preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of industrial relations or employment law experience (with direct Award interpretation)
  • Proven experience working across multiple industries and client portfolios simultaneously
  • Demonstrated competency in:
    • End-to-end performance management
    • End-to-end disciplinary matters
    • Complex HR and IR matters
    • Award interpretation
    • Pay audits and pay-related calculations

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in HR, IR, employment law, organisational psychology, or management
  • Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

Bonus points for

  • Experience working with, and achieving, billable hours
  • Fair Work claims experience
  • HRIS platform knowledge (e.g. Employment Hero, Tanda, or Deputy)
  • Experience with Outlook, Teams and the Microsoft 365 suite

Your first three months

Jan - Feb: Your first priority will be learning the role of the HR Consultant - focusing on client work, internal processes and building your billables. You'll be mentored directly by the current Senior HR Consultant Team Lead, who'll be commencing maternity leave in March.

Feb - Mar: You'll step into your mentoring capacity, supporting the HR Officers. We currently have one HR Officer, with the expected commencement of a second in March 2027 subject to forecast growth.

March ongoing: You'll take full ownership of your role, balancing both billable accountabilities and mentorship of our junior HR professionals. You'll assist with internal projects and support the development of internal resources to support Employii's commitment to High Quality Service.

Client advisory services

  • Provide expert HR and industrial relations advice to employers, employees and membership associations across Australia
  • Cover the full spectrum: recruitment, employee engagement, industrial relations, awards and agreements, contracts, policies, performance management, change management, rewards programs and more
  • Deliver services both virtually and face-to-face with our Commitment to High Quality Service in mind
  • Present online and in-person training for clients, business associations, schools and universities

Portfolio management

  • Coordinate service delivery across your client portfolio
  • Delegate and collaborate with team members and external stakeholders
  • Ensure timely, accurate service delivery and efficient resource allocation
  • Foster strong, trust-based client relationships
  • Manage client service usage in accordance with their service package and expectations
  • Meet billable hours KPIs (only half of your day is billable, ~4 hours, to be achieved at the 3 month mark). In comparison, industry averages are typically 60-85% of the day.

Leadership

  • Support the HR Officers to succeed in their role - coach, teach and mentor with enthusiasm.
  • When required, assist HR Consultants with more complex work. While they won't report into you, we support a learning environment which is unrestricted by reporting lines.
