Upon completing my internship, I have reflected on a few key take aways I have learnt through interning at Employii. I've gained real hands-on experience during my time here, including attending client-consultant meetings, in-house workshops, and 1:1 training and upskilling with the Employii team.

I was given the opportunity to assist with a multitude of projects here, such as pay audits, creating templates and employee handbooks for clients, working on newsletters and blogs, and recruitment processes. It has been so insightful to have this exposure to a range of different industries, clients, and areas of HR. To see and assist the team to work firsthand with their clients, has reinforced my decision to pursue a career in HR.

The development of my skills and knowledge surrounding HR have been strongly supported and encouraged by the team from day one, and will help immensely in my HR career moving forward. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience interning at Employii, it has been an incredible opportunity which I highly recommend to students who are looking to enhance their HR skills, understanding and deepen their knowledge of HR topics. The team at Employii have a plethora of knowledge and experience, and are always happy to help if you need it!
