Authenticity Award

And the winner is....!

Jana Hackworthy (Senior Trust Accountant, Trustd Figures)

Jana was initially nominated for the Wellbeing category. Since joining Trustd Figures, where the entire team works remotely, she has consistently taken the initiative to reach out to every new hire on their first day. Jana personally wishes them well and follows up later in the week to check in on how they are doing. By doing this, she helps embed their company culture and provides each new starter with the confidence of knowing they have a friend from day one. Importantly, she never seeks recognition for these actions; it’s simply something she does quietly, behind the scenes. While everyone greets each other every morning, Jana is also the one colleague the team can rely on to say goodbye every evening as she logs off. After careful deliberation, Jana has been selected as the Quarterly Winner for Recogniise’s Authenticity category!

Jude has been nominated for the Growth category due to his significant development over this period. He has excelled in client photography and videography, video editing, design work, and social media planning. His keen eye for aesthetics has improved remarkably, which is evident in the higher quality of his work. And the winner is....!

Tessa Pinkerton (Search Director, White Chalk Road)

Tessa has been nominated in the Career category for her rapid advancement at White Chalk Road, progressing from Search Marketing Executive to Search Director in under four years. Her growth reflects the trust placed in her by WCR, where she is a key member of the leadership team. As a skilled professional, Tessa has embraced the challenges of her role, notably in supporting her team’s development. For instance, she sought advice from Employii on providing performance feedback and applied the suggestions effectively. After careful deliberation, Tessa has been selected as the Quarterly Winner for Recogniise’s Career category!
