Recogniise Employee Awards: Quarterly Winners!

Last year Employii announced our latest initiative, Recogniise! Recogniise promotes recognition culture at work, bringing 'thank you' and celebration top of mind, so that we incorporate it into everyday habits, leaving staff feeling more valued and happier at work. 

After receiving so many great nominations we are pleased to share our Quarterly Winners of the Recogniise Employee Awards!

Wellbeing Award

And the winners are....! 

Emma (Inspections Manager, Xceed Real Estate) 

Emma has been recognised for her exceptional commitment to creating a safer and more supportive workplace. She introduced practical WHS practices, delivered engaging training sessions, and developed educational tools to support staff onboarding and compliance. She has continued to further her own WHS training and uses this knowledge to advocate for safer processes, better equipment, and improved work-life balance across the company. Emma consistently supports her colleagues, offers guidance, and speaks up to ensure everyone’s physical and mental wellbeing is prioritised.

Through her leadership, dedication, and proactive approach to workplace safety and wellbeing, Emma has made a meaningful impact, making her a deserving Quarterly Winner for Recogniise’s Workplace Wellbeing category!

The second winner requested to not be announced publicly - but they are a valued member of their team and are very deserving to be one of our Wellbeing category winners this quarter!

Community Award 

And the winner is....!

Renae (Customer Engagement Coordinator, Midwest Community Living Association) 

Renae has been recognised for her unwavering commitment to her team, her participants, and the broader Midwest Community Living Association community. Recently, the Administration team at MW CLA participated in 1:1 interviews where in every interview each member commended Renae, citing her work ethic, commitment, care and support for others, problem-solving skills and more.  She consistently exceeds in her role while offering support, guidance, and encouragement to those around her, demonstrating a deep commitment to helping MW CLA succeed for the benefit of its NDIS participants. Her technical strength, combined with her natural ability to connect with people, has earned her the trust and respect of colleagues, participants, and partners alike.

Renae embodies what it means to foster collaboration and care, making her a deserving recipient of this quarter’s Community Award.

Accountability Award 

And the winner is....!

Jake (Service Technician, Ibis Technology) 

Jake has been recognised for his strong sense of responsibility, commitment to learning, and dedication to delivering quality outcomes. He consistently ensures his work is completed correctly, seeking clarification when needed and welcoming feedback as an opportunity to improve. He is open and honest about any mistakes, making it easier for the team to support his growth and ensuring continuous improvement in his role. He actively asks questions to expand his knowledge and readily assists others whenever they need help.

Through his willingness to learn, his integrity, and his focus on providing excellent outcomes for customers, Jake exemplifies true accountability and after careful deliberation he has been selected as the Quarterly Winner for Recogniise’s Accountability category!

Authenticity Award 

And the winner is....!

Dylan (Operations Leader, EQWELL) 

Dylan has been nominated in the Accountability category for the authentic, values-driven leadership he brings to his role as Operations Leader at EQWELL. Drawing on his own experience as a support worker, he offers practical, grounded guidance to his team and remains open and approachable in every interaction. Motivated by both EQWELL’s purpose and his own strong personal values, Dylan consistently demonstrates commitment, integrity, and professionalism.

After careful deliberation, Dylan has been selected as the Quarterly Winner for Recogniise’s Accountability category!

Growth Award 

And the winners are....!

Michael (Operations Manager, LifeGrain) 

Michael has been recognised for his outstanding commitment to personal and professional growth. He has consistently demonstrates a willingness to seek guidance when facing new challenges and has applied feedback thoughtfully to improve his performance. His reflective approach and dedication to continuous learning highlight his professional maturity and drive for excellence. Additionally, Michael plays a key role in supporting his managers' growth. He strikes a strong balance between giving them the autonomy to learn and providing the necessary guidance, support, and training to ensure their success. His efforts contribute significantly to building leadership capability and strengthening the wider team.

Michael’s positive attitude, openness to feedback, and genuine commitment to improvement make him a strong role model within the company and a deserving recipient of this quarter’s Growth Award.

Kirsty (Service Delivery Coordinator/PBS Practitioner, Community Living Association) 

Kirsty has been recognised for her exceptional growth and leadership as the first Lead Coordinator on a rotating basis. Endorsed by her colleagues, she is helping to define and shape what leadership looks like in this new role, refining workflows, and supporting the Service Delivery team to excel both individually and collectively. Taking on new challenges and areas of accountability, Kirsty demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Kirsty's willingness to step up and lead makes her a deserving recipient of this quarter’s Growth Award!

Career Award 

And the winners are....!

Samantha (Projects Manager, Newtrend IT) 

Samantha has been recognised for her outstanding contribution and career progression in her role as Projects Manager at Newtrend IT. Since joining the company, she has implemented effective practices that strengthen accountability, improve workflow, and ensure her team feels consistently supported. In a traditionally male-dominated industry, Sam has shown remarkable professional growth, demonstrating strong leadership, confidence, and resilience. Her management approach has earned her the respect of colleagues and positioned her as a trusted and influential leader within the organisation.

After careful deliberation, Samantha has been selected as the Quarterly Winner for Recogniise’s Career category!

Values Award

 The winners for our Thank You and Values awards requested to not be announced publicly - but they are a valued member of their teams and are very deserving to our category winners this quarter!
