Updates to the Live Performance Award

The Live Performance Award has recently been updated following the Fair Work Commission flagging some errors or confusing wording in the previous iteration. 

Changes to Working Through Meal Breaks

If an employee is required to work through their allocated meal break, full time and part time employees will be paid 200% of the minimum hourly rate and 225% for casuals.

Changes to Wording

The wording for some roles have been amended to make things clearer, for example ‘deputy ballet master/mistress’ to ‘deputy rehearsal director’. The role of chaperone has also been added to the award.
