Isabelle has just recently joined Employii through the Work Integrated Learning Program at the University of Western Australia for Semester 1. She is undertaking a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Management and Marketing, due to graduate at the end of 2026.

She is intrigued by the world of HR and is looking to develop her skills and expand her knowledge through her internship at Employii. Isabelle has a strong interest in improving workplace culture and employee satisfaction as well as managing performance and productivity.
