We are excited to have welcomed two new team members in recent weeks! Georgia and Meena are both joining us as HR Officers - an exciting role to help provide support for our consultants and a launching pad for what we know will be rewarding careers in HR for both.

Get to know Meena!

Meena is completing a Business degree at the University of Western Australia and is passionate to get into all things HR at Employii. She brings hands-on experience across HR, administration, events and marketing as well as stakeholder engagement, having supported both corporate and not-for-profit organisations. She is passionate about fostering inclusive and supportive workplaces and is eager to develop her HR expertise with the Employii team.

She has a strong love of travelling, having even worked as a flight attendant in the past and taken a post high school gap year, and is looking forward to specifically learning about workplace planning and employee engagement.

Get to know Georgia!

Georgia has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Curtin University and is excited to begin her HR career with Employii. Georgia brings strong people skills to the team, with a background in retail management and leadership. She was drawn to Employii as she is excited to work with a diverse range of clients across a broad spectrum of industries and focus on supporting organisational culture, wellbeing and creating smooth operations for both employers and employees. Outside of work, you can find her at the beach or in the gym. She is a competitive CrossFit athlete, bringing resilience and a growth mindset to all that she does.
